Blossom on Columbus touts itself as a “pioneer in modern vegan cuisine,” with a “cruelty-free ethos,” which we guess means that none of its fare was living and breathing before it got to your plate. The inventive meals are served in an earth-toned space and are mostly locally sourced and organic. The menus are packed with starters like bourekas, nachos, buffalo arancini (quinoa-breaded risotto croquettes) and wild mushroom ravioli. Other tasty dishes include wasabi-crusted tofu, kale and grain salads, a quinoa burger, a tofu BLT, seitan piccata and a variety of plant-based pizzas, which can be made gluten-free.
