This year the parade will start at noon on Saturday, Sept. 19 at Fifth Avenue and 68th Street, and head up to Fifth to 86th Street. Some participants and viewers will continue the festivities along 86th Street and Second Avenue at some of Yorkville’s bars and restaurants. WHERE IN CENTRAL PARK?

Answer from Three weeks ago:

Billy Johnson Playground: This playground is one of the most distinctive playgrounds in Central Park. It is located off of Fifth Avenue and 67th Street. It was designed to mimic various areas in the park, including this bridge that is designed to look like the nearby Pond’s Gapstow Bridge. This playground was built primarily from natural materials. Many people walk right by it. Due to its rustic nature, it blends right into the surroundings. It is usually called the “rustic” playground, or the “big slide” playground. Congratulations to Gregory Holman for answering last week’s question correctly.
