Win for Asphalt Green Basketball Sports

The Asphalt Green 16U boys team went 3-1 in the Hooperstown May Madness Tournament in Mt. Vernon, N.Y., en route to the tournament championship. The championship game was held at Mount St. Vincent College in Riverdale on May 31. With six minutes remaining, and a 10 point deficit, Justin Fishman, David Lopez, and Damont Kearse led the comeback for Asphalt Green. This was the first tournament championship for the team this season.
