Assembly Member Rebecca Seawright is continuing her Great Giveaway – thousands of COVID testing kits at summer outdoor events throughout the Upper East Side, Yorkville and Roosevelt Island. Each kit contains two test packages which provide results in 15 minutes. Testing kits are also available at Seawright’s full service district office at 1485 York Avenue at 79th Street every Thursday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., along with face masks and sanitizers.
